NH Murano Villa

The NH Murano Villa builds on the character of a former industrial site, with particular attention paid to preserving the original atmosphere of the furnace. Exposed concrete, brick walls, steel beams, roughcast and metal-framed windows have been retained as expressive features. Instead of sharp contrasts, the design introduces refined details to create a sense of comfort and welcome, encouraging a harmonious dialogue between old and new, industrial and residential, standardisation and uniqueness.

Three Cleaf products have been carefully selected to define the design language, capturing the subtle balance between old and new, rationality and emotion.
The muted grey cement effect of Concreta FB67 reinforces the industrial identity of the building, applied to door frames, staircase walls and TV backgrounds. The warm, natural wood effect of Sablè LR22 was used for the tables in the room, bringing vitality and a welcoming atmosphere to the space. The silky, soft effect of Talco UA80 adds a touch of elegance and softness to the wardrobes and finer details within the rooms.

The Concreta texture has a material aspect comparable to the plaster used for the decorative coatings of walls and ceilings.
